Evacuation Plan

Yolo Operational Area Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan
In 2018, Yolo County and the cities of Davis, West Sacramento, Winters, and Woodland developed a joint multi-hazard mitigation plan that addressed various threats to our communities and possible mitigation strategies. To view this plan, please click here.

The City of West Sacramento is a member of the Yolo County Joint Emergency Management System (JEMS). Through JEMS, a group of jurisdictions within Yolo County work collaboratively to address many different subjects and programs with relation to emergency management. One of those elements is planning and includes the sharing of planning documents. These plans cover a range of topics to assist the City in responding to potential future incidents/disasters.
