 Yolo Operational Area Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan

In 2018, Yolo County and the cities of Davis, West Sacramento, Winters, and Woodland developed a joint multi-hazard mitigation plan that addressed various threats to our communities and possible mitigation strategies. To view this plan, please click here.

The City of West Sacramento is a member of the Yolo County Joint Emergency Management System (JEMS). Through JEMS, a group of jurisdictions within Yolo County work collaboratively to address many different subjects and programs with relation to emergency management.
